Recently, Anhui Xuancheng City Government Procurement Center organized a public bidding for the Xuancheng Environmental Protection Bureau's 2017 soil environment monitoring capacity building instrument procurement project. Among them, some of the instruments are required to be purchased "imported with original packaging."
According to the announcement, the Xuancheng Environmental Protection Bureau intends to purchase 23 sets of instruments and equipment for RMB 7.79 million, including atomic absorption spectroscopy, gas chromatography, fast solvent extraction instrument, automatic graphite digestion instrument, high-throughput automatic solid phase extraction instrument, etc. 21 All instruments are required to be purchased "imported with original packaging."
This situation has also exacerbated the user's prejudice against domestically produced instruments, leading users to blindly purchase foreign products, causing a large number of foreign low-end instruments to flood into the domestic market, inhibiting the development of domestically produced excellent instruments, and forming a vicious circle.
Compared with the 3% to 4% growth rate of global instrumentation, it can be seen that the rapid development of my country's instrumentation industry.
